Important Parking Information

Several car parks in the village will be closed from 12pm noon on the day of the event. These include Morrisons, the Vets, Iceland Central Car Park (the front), and Computer Guys. If you are parked in these car parks, please move your car before 12pm noon.

We are asking all residents to please walk to the event if possible to help reduce congestion in the village. The car parks available all day will be the Jam Factory, The New Times, Factory Shop, Asda, and Thurstable School - from 4.45pm onwards.

We are recommending that drivers with disabled badges park at Tesco, and ask other drivers to park at the other car parks.

Exciting Food, Drink, and Entertainment!

We're excited to bring you a fantastic range of food and drink experiences: Millins will be hosting a Hog Roast, with wine and cheese tasting in the deli, and The Jam Factory will be bringing their iconic gin bus! The Exchange is also opening its doors for food and refreshments, ensuring there's something delicious for everyone. 🍷🍖🍸

We're also thrilled to announce that Courtyard Bridal will be hosting a special catwalk event, complete with a DJ to bring some extra sparkle to the evening! And don't miss Stonemill Kitchens, where a chef will be cooking up delights throughout the night to add a touch of culinary flair. 💃🎶✨🍲👨‍🍳

The local village halls in Tiptree will be opening their doors for Santa's Craft Halls! 🎄 Step inside to explore a magical indoor market featuring a wide variety of stallholders, including local charities and vendors offering all sorts of crafts for adults and children alike. 🧸 Plus, you'll find pocket money stalls, perfect for kids to do their own Christmas shopping! 🎁🛍️

Enjoy a range of delicious food vendors to keep the Christmas magic flowing! 🍪 And don't miss Santa himself, waiting outside to spread holiday cheer for everyone.

Exciting Announcement!

We are happy to announce that car parking on the night will be available at Thurstable School, Factory Shop, Asda, and the Jam Factory. 🚗🅿️

Additionally, the Community 360 Bus will be running throughout the evening, dropping people off and collecting them, making it easy for everyone to get around! 🚌🎉

As the summer holidays come to an end, we're diving back into the excitement of the Tiptree Christmas Street Festival! 🎊

Get ready for a vibrant celebration with loads of local stallholders, vendors and local businesses, all coming together for the night. Plus, we'll have local schools, performing art groups and singers putting on fantastic performances with plenty of music too! Also, guess who's making a special appearance? That's right — Santa and the Grinch will be joining the fun! 🎅🎄
